Zambia National HIV & AIDS Prevention Roadmap 2025-2030

This roadmap outlines Zambia’s national strategy to reduce new HIV infections and achieve epidemic control by 2030. It provides a clear, data-driven framework aligned with the Global AIDS Strategy and the Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s 10-Point Action Plan.

The document summarises the country’s HIV epidemiological profile and identifies priority populations—particularly adolescent girls and young women, key populations and high-burden districts. It sets out five prevention pillars and 10 strategic actions focused on precision prevention, service integration, scaling PrEP and VMMC, expanding community-led delivery, strengthening structural enablers, and improving financing.
